PM Modi gets rousing welcome by Indian diaspora at Johannesburg hotel where he will attend the BRICS summit 2023

Prime Minister Narendra Modi landed in Johannesburg in South Africa, where he will attend the BRICS summit. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accorded a grand welcome by the members of Indian diaspora amid 'Vande Mataram' chants at Johannesburg Hotel  in South Africa.

Landed in Johannesburg a short while ago. Looking forward to the various deliberations and meetings with world leaders during the BRICS Summit over the next few days, the prime minister posted on X, formerly Twitter.

The prime minister left for Sandton Sun Hotel, the venue of the BRICS Summit. He met with the members of Indian diaspora ahead of the BRICS Business Forum Leaders' Dialogue.

“It is an honour indeed to be in the presence of the Prime Minister. He is a wonderful man and my hero”, a woman of Indian origin at the hotel, told news agency ANI.
